"Go Vegan"
I snapped this picture on our walk down the cliffs to Australia’s most Easterly coastal point. There was a sign congratulating us for the walk, explaining that walking reduces our carbon footprint and as such, we’re helping the environment. The sign lists other ways to help the environment, insulating our house and turning off lights. What it didn’t list, was going vegan. Going vegan does more to preserve and protect our environment than any of the things listed, in fact, it should be done in combination to the things listed! I’m sure everyone has heard the line; a vegan in an SUV pollutes less than an omnivore on a bicycle.
Take a look at the following images for some shocking stats.
